Should you ever be unhappy with our service, you can contact our complaints management team at any time. Complaints can be submitted in writing by mail, fax or of course email. We have created a dedicated email address for this purpose:

We will confirm receipt of the complaint without undue delay and also tell you when you can expect a comment on the content of the complaint. Should the complaint not concern us, we will pass it on to the relevant office and of course inform you of this as well. We review complaints in detail and respond to them in writing. Should it not be possible to respond quickly, we will inform you of the reasons. We will in principle send all notifications and information in writing, but if we have urgent queries on matters of content, we will also contact you by phone in case of doubt.

Should we be unable to help you with your complaint, we will give the reasons and advise you of any options you have for taking your complaint further.
